◆Scholarships Details :-
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025-26, one of India’s largest scholarship programs, is an initiative of the SBI Foundation. This program aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from low-income families across India, ensuring the continuity of their education. This scholarship is open to students from Classes 9 to 12 and for those who are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses from the top 300 NIRF universities/colleges and IITs, or MBA/PGDM courses from IIMs. Also, students who are opting for study abroad can apply for this scholarship. Selected students can receive a scholarship of up to INR 20 lakh to support their educational endeavours.
◆Eligibility Criteria:-
Students studying in Standard 9th to 12th –
– Students Who secured 75% marks or above in their previous academic year are eligible to apply this scholarship (There is a provision of 10% relaxation for students belonging to SC/ST).
– Annual family Income of the students applying for the scholarship should be less than Rs.3 Lakhs
For Students Studyinng in Under graduate Courses –
– Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate course (any year) from a premier university/college in India, as listed in the Top 300 Institutes according to the latest NIRF rankings.
– Students must have secured 7 CGPA/75% marks or above in their previous academic year.
– The gross annual family income of the applicants must be up to INR 6,00,000.
For Students Studying in Post graduate Courses –
– Applicants must be pursuing a postgraduate course (any year) from a premier university/college in India, as listed in the Top 300 Institutes according to the latest NIRF rankings.
– Applicants must have secured 7 CGPA/75% marks or above in their previous academic year.
– The gross annual family income of the applicants must be up to INR 6,00,000.
For Students Studyinng in Medical Courses –
– Students pursuing medical degrees (any year) from a premier university/college in India, as listed in the Top 300 Institutes according to the latest NIRF rankings.
– Applicants must have secured 7 CGPA/75% marks or above in their previous academic year.
– The gross annual family income of the applicants must be up to INR 6,00,000
For Students studying in IIT –
– Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate course (any year) from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in India
– Students Who secured 75% marks or above in their previous academic year are eligible to apply this scholarship (There is a provision of 10% relaxation for students belonging to SC/ST).
– The gross annual family income of the applicants must be up to INR 6,00,000
For Students studying in IIM –
– Applicants must be pursuing MBA/PGDM courses (any year) from an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in India.
– Students must have secured 7 CGPA/75% marks or above in their previous academic year
– The gross annual family income of the applicants must be up to INR 6,00,000
For Overseas Education –
– Open to students pursuing Postgraduate and above courses from premier institutions abroad (Institutes included in the Top 200 in QS/THE World University Rankings for 2024-25)
– Students must have secured 7 CGPA/75% marks or above in their previous academic year
– Students with a gross annual family income of up to INR 6,00,000 are eligible to apply.
Note-
• There is a provision of 10% relaxation in marks secured for students belonging to SC/ST
• For this scholarship 50% of slots are reserved for females students.
• 50% reserved for SC/ST students.

1) Marksheet from the previous academic year
2) Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar card)
3) Current year fee receipt
4) Bank account details of the applicant (or parent)
5) Proof of income (Form 16A/income certificate from a government authority/salary slips, etc.)
6) Proof of current year admission (admission letter/institution identity card/bonafide certificate)
7) Copy of nativity certificate ( Domacile Certificate )
8) Photograph of the applicant
9) Caste Certificate (Wherever Applicable)
