About the Scholarship :
The Tata Steel Millennium Scholarship 2025-26 is a financial assistance program launched by Tata Steel to support the higher education of students from employee families. The scholarship aims to reduce financial pressure and encourage meritorious students to pursue professional and technical courses. Through this initiative, Tata Steel promotes education, skill development, and academic excellence among eligible candidates. Selected students receive annual financial support to cover tuition fees and other academic expenses.

The last date to apply for the Tata Steel Millennium Scholarship 2025-26 is 28 February 2026.
Scholarship Benefits :
Selected candidates receive financial assistance for their education. The scholarship offers the following benefits:
Category A: тВ╣75,000 per year
Category B: тВ╣36,000 per year
1. Financial support for tuition fees and academic expenses
2. Assistance available throughout the course duration (subject to renewal)
3. Helps reduce the financial burden on families of Tata Steel employees
Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. The applicant must be the son, daughter, or spouse of Tata Steel employees (including retired workers or supervisors).
2. The candidate must be admitted to a full-time regular course in the academic year 2025-26.
3. Distance or correspondence courses are not eligible.
Minimum academic marks required:
1. General category: At least 60% in the last qualifying exam
2. SC/ST/PWD candidates: Minimum 50% marks
3. Applicants should not receive any other scholarship or financial aid simultaneously.

Students pursuing the following programs can apply:
1. Engineering courses
2. Information Technology programs
3. Diploma courses in engineering branches
4. Hotel Management & Catering
5. Fashion Technology
6. Integrated Law degree programs
7. Journalism and Mass Communication
8. Sports Management
9. Fine Arts and Film Studies
Documents Required :
Applicants must upload the following documents during the application process:
1. Passport-size photograph of the candidate
2. Bank passbook details
3. Tuition fee receipt
4. Bonafide certificate from the institute
5. Recognition or affiliation certificate of the institute
6. Sponsor/service certificate of Tata Steel employee
7. Matriculation (10th) mark sheet
8. Intermediate/12th mark sheet
9. Diploma or graduation mark sheets (if applicable)
10. Candidate and sponsor signatures
Selection Process :
1. The selection process follows a merit-based evaluation.
2. Applicants submit the online application form with documents.
3. The scholarship committee reviews all applications.
4. Eligible candidates are shortlisted based on academic performance and eligibility conditions.
5. The final selection decision is taken by the committee and is final and binding.
Important Notes :
1. Students already receiving another scholarship must choose only one scholarship scheme.
2. The scholarship is applicable only for regular academic programs.
3. Reserved seats are available for SC/ST candidates and special categories.
4. Applications with incorrect information may be rejected.
