The Siemens Scholarship Program, hosted by Siemens India, supports financially disadvantaged first-year engineering students from government colleges. The program aims to make these scholars industry-ready through financial assistance and a holistic development curriculum modeled on the German dual education system. By providing technical training, mentorship, and financial aid, the initiative works to build a qualified talent pool for various sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • First-year students of Government Engineering college (excluding IIT)
  • Enrolled in eligible engineering streams
  • Age up to 20 years
  • SSC: Minimum 60% aggregate
  • HSC or equivalent result: Minimum 50% aggregate and minimum 60% PCM aggregate
  • Annual family income not more than Rs. 2 lakhs
  • Limited to one student per family
