◆ About Scholarship :-
Lilla Poonawalla foundation scholarship is given to girl students studying in first year or Direct second year of Engineering courses in colleges at Amravati & Wardha district only. This scholarship is based on merit and Need of girl students. This scholarship is given on first come first serve basis.
◆ Scholarship Benefits :-
Rs. 60,000/- per year( students studying in first year of BE/Btech )
Rs. 70,000/- per year ( Students studying in second year of engineering after completing diploma )
◆ Eligiblity Criteria :-
1) Only Girl students are Eligible for Lila Poonawalla Foundation Scholarship
2) Girl Students secured admission in First Year of any Engineering course or Secured admission in direct second year of engineering (after completing diploma) are eligible for Lila Poonawalla Foundation scholarship.
3) Only Girl Students studying in any Engineering College in Amravati & Wardha district are eligible for Lila Poonawalla Foundation scholarship.
4) Girl students studying in first year of BE/Btech – Only Girl students secured minimum 70% marks in 10th & 12th are eligible for Lila Poonawalla Foundation scholarship.
Girl Students studying in second year of engineering after completing diploma – Only Girl students secured minimum 70% marks in 10th & Diploma are eligible for Lila Poonawalla Foundation scholarship.
5) Age Criteria:
Girl students studying in first year of BE/Btech – below 20years
Girl Students studying in second year of engineering after completing diploma – below 21 years
◆ Documents Required:-
1) Proof of age. (Birth Certificate/PAN card)
2) Aadhar Card
3) Leaving Certificates
4) Marks Sheet – (10th, 12th , Diploma As applicable )
5) Admission Letter / Allotment Letter from College.
6) Result for Entrance exam (Government / college – if applicable)
7) Gap Certificate (If there is gap in your education)
8) Income proof of all earning members in Family
For Self Employed: Income Tax Returns for Income Tax Payer
Salaried: Form 16 Or last 3 months salary slips / Salary certificate from employer
Farmer /Daily Wages Worker/Self Employed-Not tax payer: -Income Certificate from Zilla Parishad / Local Government Authority
Retirees or Pensioners – Pension statement from the pension authority and/or from an authorized bank showing the gross monthly pension of the family member, inclusive of any supplementary allowances and before any deductions are required
Pensioners should also provide documents to show the official status or designation, gross salary drawn at the time of retirement and the name of the employing organization.
9) If students parents are farmer then student has to submit 7/12 document, Land passbook / RTC
◆ Note :-
- Total Family income should not exceed Rs. 3.5 lakh per year.
- Lila Poonawalla Foundation Scholarship is Merit-cum-Need Based Scholarship.
- Scholarship Application form fee is INR 300/- (online payment)
