About Anandi Fellowship :
The Anandi Fellowship, established by Bombay Shaving Company, is an initiative designed to identify and support India’s future entrepreneurs from high school onwards. Target beneficiaries are students in grades 11 and 12 who demonstrate strong entrepreneurial acumen. The program aims to nurture these students throughout their college years by providing financial scholarships, structured summer internships, full-time career placement, and potential seed funding for their startup ventures.

Fellowship Benefits :
- Annual college scholarship of ₹1 Lakh per year.
- Guaranteed summer Pit-Stop Internships (PSIs) at top startups and venture capital firms with a stipend of ₹1 Lakh per month (₹2 Lakhs per summer).
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (E-I-R) at Bombay Shaving Company upon college graduation with a starting salary of ₹25 LPA.
- A ₹1 Crore seed investment for 10% equity for startup ideas launched before the age of 27.
- All-expenses-paid trip for the top 50 candidates and one parent/guardian to the 3-day Grit Bootcamp in Gurgaon.
- A Certificate of Excellence and a cash prize of ₹20,000 for Grit Bootcamp participants not selected for the final fellowship.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Must be currently enrolled in grade 11 or grade 12 in any school across India.

Fellowship Timeline :
1. Anandi-NEAT 2026 — December 2026
Appear for a 2-hour pen-and-paper test consisting of a combination of MCQ and subjective questions. The test will be conducted across 7 cities in India.
2. Grit Bootcamp — 7–9 May 2027
The top 50 rankers of Anandi-NEAT 2026 will be invited to Gurgaon for a 3-day in-person evaluation at the Grit Bootcamp.
At the end of the bootcamp, the top 10 candidates will be selected for the Fellowship.
3. Pit-Stop Internships (PSIs) — Every Summer
As a Fellow, you will intern with a Partner Mentor Organisation alongside your college education.
Stipend: ₹1 lakh per month
4. PPO as Entrepreneur-in-Residence — Upon Graduation
After graduation, you will join Bombay Shaving Company in a fast-track role, working directly with the founders and leadership team.
Compensation: ₹25 lakh per annum
5. Seed Funding — Before Age 27
If you decide to start a company, Bombay Shaving Company will invest in your startup.
Investment: ₹1 crore for 10% equity

Important Note
- The fellowship runs in parallel to college and does not interfere with regular academic studies. Fellows are free to choose any college and course of study.
- Students do not need a startup, a prototype, revenue or any prior experience to register for aanandi fellowship.
