The Sun Pharma Science Foundation (SPSF) Fellowship Programme recognises excellence in original research work in Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The foundation supports researchers who contribute significantly to IndiaтАЩs scientific and healthcare ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following eligibility conditions:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have:
- A PhD in Biological, Biomedical, or allied sciences
- Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis are also eligible, provided they obtain the degree before fellowship activation
Nationality
- Only Indian nationals are eligible
- The research work must be carried out in India
Age Limit
- Applicants must be below 30 years of age
Mentor & Institution Requirement
Candidates must identify a mentor from a sponsoring institution different from their PhD institution.
Selection Process:
The Sun Pharma Science Foundation follows a multi-stage selection process to shortlist deserving candidates.
Phase 1: Pre-Proposal Screening
Applicants must submit an initial research proposal through the sponsoring institution.
Phase 2: Full Proposal Evaluation
Shortlisted candidates will submit a detailed research proposal for expert review.
Phase 3: Personal Interview
Final shortlisted candidates will attend an interview with the jury panel at the SPSF office.

Important Notes for Applicants
