About: The Smile ( Scholarship Made for India’s Less-fortunate Entrants) Scholarship program Sponsored by Lily Foundation to encourages the bright and passionate students to go to college. It help to break the chain of poverty faced by their families. Selected high school students of India and neighboring countries from grade 9th to 12th will awarded a monthly stipend of Indian Rs.700 throughout the high school years. It is a merit cum means scholarship.
Amount: For High school students (grades 9 – 12) monthly stipend of Rs.1000 to Rs.1500 throughout school years.
For College Students ( from 1st year) monthly of Rs. 2000 to Rs. 2500 based on their field’s tuition.
Last Date: 30 May 2024
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be an Indian citizen
- The scholarship award is for a Hight school student from 9th to 12th or college students.
- Applied to all courses in various field.
- Applicant must come from low income families.
Documents Required:
- Certificate of Appreciation with a picture of students
- Year end Progress Report
- Mentor Evaluation as available
- Student’s note of gratitude
- Book report by students as available
- Letter from Administration thanking you and reminding you date of renewal of sponsorship.
