2) Only student’s whose family income is less than Five lac rupees can apply for HelpOne Scholarship.

9) Proof of crisis – Death Certificate/ Medical report
10) Applicant Photo
11) Proof of relationship with hospitalized/ deceased (birth certificate/ ration card/ school certificate)
