About Goonj Setu Fellowship :

The Goonj Setu Fellowship is a one-year immersive leadership program designed for young graduates who aspire to create real change in society. This fellowship focuses on grassroots development, rural immersion, and experiential learning. Participants work across diverse sectors such as education, menstrual health, environment, disaster response, and rural development. Through field exposure and hands-on projects, fellows develop leadership, problem-solving, and community engagement skills. Additionally, the program blends skill labs, mentorship, and cross-sector exposure, helping fellows understand IndiaтАЩs socio-economic landscape deeply.

Fellowship Benefits / Stipend :

1 Monthly stipend of тВ╣20,000 тАУ тВ╣22,000.
