This aims to promote education, develop human resources and empower the youth of the country. The scholarship grant to the student who passed their 12th examination with more than 85% from West Bengal.

- Scanned coloured photograph of applicant.
- Family income proof certificate
- Salary certificate of guardian
- Income Tax Return certificate
- Marksheet of 12th
