Fellowship Benefits :
Selected candidates receive multiple financial and professional benefits:
1 Monthly stipend of approx. тВ╣56,100 + тВ╣5,400 allowances
2 Work experience equivalent to a Grade-A government officer
3 Exposure to real-time government projects
4 Certification from IIT Bombay (academic partner)
5 Fellowship completion certificate from the Government
6 Accidental insurance coverage
7 Limited leave during the fellowship period
Documents Required :
Applicants must keep the following documents ready:
1 Educational certificates and mark sheet
2 Work experience proof (internship/job/self-employment)
3 Identity proof (Aadhar/PAN)
4 Passport-size photograph
5 Resume/CV
6 Any additional supporting certificates
Note: Original documents are verified during the interview stage.
Eligibility Criteria :
To apply for the CM Fellowship, candidates must meet these conditions:
1 Age: 21 to 26 years
2 Education: Graduate with minimum 60% marks
3 Experience: At least 1 year of full-time work experience
4 Language: Must know Marathi, along with Hindi & English
5 Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
Selection Process :
The selection process is highly competitive and conducted in two stages:
Stage 1: Online Test
1 Objective-based exam (100 marks)
2 Includes GK, reasoning, language skills, IT, and aptitude
Stage 2: Essay & Interview
1 Essay submission on given topics
- Personal interview with experts
Final Selection
- Online Test (30%) + Essay (20%) + Interview (50%)
- Final merit list is published after evaluation
Roles & Responsibilities :
Selected fellows work closely with government officials and handle:
1 Policy implementation and research
2 Monitoring government schemes
3 Data analysis and reporting
4 Project planning and execution
5 Supporting administrative decision-making

Additional Notes :
1 Fellowship duration is 12 months
