AICTE – Swanath Scholarship

About Scholarship : AICTE – Swanath Scholarship Scheme (Technical Diploma/Degree) 2023-24 is an All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) initiative that provides financial assistance to students pursuing a technical degree or diploma from recognized institutions. The scholarship is available to students who are orphans, whose parents died as a result of COVID-19, or who are wards of armed forces and central paramilitary forces personnel who were killed in action.

Last Date : 31 December 2023

Scholarship Reward : 50,000 per year.

Eligibility Criteria :

A COVID-19 impacted ward, meaning that either or both parents died as a result of COVID-19

A ward of martyred Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces (Shaheed).

Enrolled in a degree/diploma course in regular mode (first/2nd/3rd/4th year) at an AICTE-approved institution.

You must not have received any central/state government/AICTE-sponsored scholarships.

Have an annual family income of less than INR 8,00,000

Documents Required :

Bonafide certificate issued by the institution

Class 12th marksheet

Class 10th marksheet

Category certificate (if applicable)

Current year income certificate issued by Competent Authority [For wards of armed forces and central paramilitary forces martyred in action (Shaheed)]

Death certificate of father/mother or both explicitly mentioning that the death was due to COVID-19 [For candidates whose either or both Parents Died due to COVID-19]

Death certificates of both father and mother (if available) [For orphan candidates]
