It is for grassroots practitioners and community leaders who are engaging with complex, interconnected challenges — across geographies, communities, and institutions.

⦁ Possesses an idea or initiative shaped by real field experience and lived practice
⦁ Curious, persistent, and collaborative, with the ability to work across teams, programs, and organisations
⦁ Views problem-solving as a continuous, evolving process rather than a one-time solution
